When travelling it can be hard to find gluten free and vegan options, so this was much appreciated when I found this new my gate. They had gluten-free and vegan options, but they were quite pricey for what they were. Honestly though, probably the best vegan gf pre-packaged cookie I’ve had — soft and everything! 🙌

Instead of the toaster they make the sandwich and put in tinfoil and put in hot pannini machine. Then they put it still wrapped in a box for you if it is to go. Very impressed with knowledge of Celiac Disease and cross contamination procedures for those with Celiac Disease on a medical gluten free diet.
