When travelling it can be hard to find gluten free and vegan options, so this was much appreciated when I found this new my gate.
They had gluten-free and vegan options, but they were quite pricey for what they were. Honestly though, probably the best vegan gf pre-packaged cookie I’ve had — soft and everything! 🙌

At A/B Food Court behind security at YVR the Green Bean Cafe provides a safe gluten free sandwich (this case cheese) creation and toasting process. Instead of the toaster they make the sandwich and put in tinfoil and put in hot pannini machine. Then they put it still wrapped in a box for you if it is to go. Very impressed with knowledge of Celiac Disease and cross contamination procedures for those with Celiac Disease on a medical gluten free diet.
