GreenHouse New Hope

I went to Greenhouse for dinner on a Saturday night. It wasn’t crowded but got busier as the night went by. The ambience is fun with music playing but not too loud. They have both indoor and outdoor seating. The outdoor seating has heaters for the winter. The service was excellent and the food was decent. We got burgers and the deviled eggs appetizer. Both were delicious. I specifically got the kimchi burger and it tasted amazing and flavorful. For dessert, I had the apple tart which was a fall special. They also have some vegan and gluten free options on the menu. Overall, a good experience and a great place to stop for a meal as you stroll through New Hope.

This place was honestly a damn disaster, everything possible that could have went wrong did. We waited for a while in a seemingly empty restaurant on Sunday at noon. When we made the reservation we specifically called ahead and made sure the food was gluten free since my wife has celiacs. When it came time to order we again made sure the food was going to be gluten free, when our food came (which were both specials!!!) my wife’s food had gluten scattered all over it. And then with the tea we ordered the water was warm at best and no supply of cream or sugar. The specials we also ordered had steak totally un-eatable due to how much chewy fat completely engulfed the whole thing. In all I do not recommend this place to anyone wishing to eat here.
