I highly recommend the Green Marlin in Vero Beach! The manager Rhonda has Celiac and her staff is very knowledgeable! They thicken with cornstarch so all their soups and chowders are gluten free! They make gluten free croutons in house for their salads! They even have gluten free desserts! I had seafood gumbo, a salad and a grilled platter and then finished with a white chocolate raspberry cake for dessert! Truly a treat!

Just get the seafood gumbo. You can thank me later. Lots of excellent gluten free options. The chef doesn't use flour in any roux (uses cornstarch instead) which is just awesome to know.
