We stopped here after a chilly fall day of hiking in Bainbridge and holy smokes - absolutely blown away by the rich, delicious flavors of the pho broth! I had the gluten-free chicken pho, as it was the only gluten-free pho option on their menu, but zero regrets - it was absolutely delicious. I usually skip most of the meat when I eat pho but the chicken was so tender and flavorful that I enjoyed it just as much as the broth and noodles. Extra points for it being a local, family-run company with the whole family working to make the business run!

Bright and friendly atmosphere was matched with warm conversation, tasty food, and speedy service! Looking forward to popping in again the next time I'm on the island, especially for the spring rolls and to try more of their bubble teas. Was also pleased with how many options there were for my partner, who can't eat dairy or gluten. 🌟
