Green Tea sushi

Delicious, affordable, and freaking fast! These guys do it all. Plenty of gluten free options - just order without eel or imitation crab

This was our first time trying Green Tea Sushi! We loved it! The staff was friendly and willing to accommodate dietary restrictions, as I am gluten intolerant. If you are gluten intolerant/gluten sensitive, I do recommend looking over the menu before you go and getting a few options that you think might work. I called ahead and talked with staff about a GF menu/GF prep. They agreed that they did cater to GF, and asked me to mention it to the waitress when we got there. Our waitress, brought out a paper that had a list of ALL things that contained gluten. It was easy to read through because I had already planned what I wanted before coming in, I just had to double check on the "Contains Gluten" menu and make sure we were good to go. Some of the stuff that does contain gluten (fried rice, hibatchi sauce, etc.) can be made to be gluten free!!!! :) Be sure to ask for this paper when you go in! It will help tremendously! Our waitress was Emilee -- she was very attentive to us and was eager to help us out! Our food came out quickly and was delicious! :) My only complaint would be the flies and lack of air movement. It was pretty hot in the restaurant, but sometimes that's hard to control in the middle of summer -- so I'm not holding that against them.:) Overall it was a great experience! Will definitely be going back!
