I have been a customer for many years, very loyal because of the type of cuisine, super attentive and nice workers. I have experienced two letter changes. The latter, I will be very honest: A DISASTER. Why? ok you want to have more customers and you have lowered the level of cooking, add pizzas and hamburgers and leave aside the dishes that were really well cooked, complete and well presented. Now you've swapped the salmon with tzatziki for salmon with four lettuce leaves out of the bag and chicken. Gone are the black bravas, Thai salmon, scrambled eggs, nachos, bowls, in short, almost everything that was the essence of the Green's menu, and now there are hamburgers and a kind of side dishes that are very tasteless and cooked boringly, most of them. There are also fewer gluten-free dishes (the bland ones). The level has dropped so much that, after two attempts, we will certainly not repeat, and we feel sorry for the wonderful people who work at the Green and who were already colleagues. Well, you might be gaining customers, but you're losing your old ones. I am sorry, but now you are no longer the first choice, you are the choice when there is no other, and in any case, to greet the waiters and waitresses and the cook.
