As someone with coeliac disease, I was prepared for the hunt for a gluten free, coeliac safe wedding cake to be difficult. I stumbled upon Greenberg & Co Cakes on Facebook by chance at the very beginning of my hunt. A few emails back and forth with Rebecca and I knew I had found someone who had excellent knowledge of cross contamination and was going to be the person to make our wedding cake. Rebecca was excellent to work with and she turned our ideas into the most perfect cake. The taste rivalled how amazing the cake looked and there wasn’t a crumb left! Our gluten-eating guests couldn’t even tell it was gluten free and the gluten intolerant/coeliac guests (of which there were quite a few) really loved getting to enjoy the wedding cake too!
