This place is very hip. And loud. The music was cranked up, which caused those around us to talk louder. This normally isn't that big of a deal, but I couldn't hear some of the descriptions of the dishes we were being served. The service was great! Staff were very knowledgeable and kitchen was accommodating to a gluten free guest at our table. We got the chef's tasting menu. The food is good, but several dishes weren't anything special in my opinion (our table favorite was the amuse bouch oyster dish which was very inspired and delicious). The beverage pairing wasn't really what I prefer- the order of what was served with the courses was wine, cocktail, hard cider, wine, cocktail. It definitely impacted the flow of the meal negatively. All in all though it was a decent, albeit a bit over priced, meal.
