I came across it by chance because I was looking for a gluten-free ice cream since I have celiac disease. I was very surprised by the quality of the ice cream and especially by the consistency of the cone, which is difficult to make gluten-free anyway. In general, it is nice to have a place that takes intolerances into account (they also have lactose-free products), food choices (they have raw and vegan products) but still maintaining high quality. The place is frequented by many tourists, and it is a good thing to know that they too can have access to genuine and quality products, in a city center where finding these characteristics is now rare.
