We were thrilled to find a safe place for my son, who had celiac disease, to eat. No worry of cross contamination as they use a separate griddle for gluten free foods. Nearly everything can be made gluten free except the waffles. The Chef even made a special order of hash browns on the gluten free griddle.

Shout out to Griddle & Grind Cafe for excellent service and knowledge about celiac disease. I have celiac and ate their for the first time. They have gluten free crepes available, made from almond flour. The staff was very knowledgeable about celiac and answered my questions confidently. I enjoyed two specials: a raspberry vanilla latte and a turkey/spinach/cucumber/pepper/feta gluten free crepe with hashbrowns! Everuthing was delicious! My food came out on red plate - distinguishing gluten free and the staff has a dedicated area for prepping gluten free foods. I am a very sensitive celiac that can only eat out at a few specific places - I'm so thankful to be able to add Griddle & Grind to that list!
