Grill'd Bundoora

I have been glutened almost every time I have ordered from here, even when I speak to them directly about my dietary requirements.

Being coeliac it's nice to get a great tasty burger made by incredible staff who are always friendly and attentive

Wow! What a great experience. The welcome was genuine as soon as we walked in the door. I am coeliac and so ordered accordingly. The chef came over and discussed my intolerance. He educated me on how the food is cooked and even the different oils that they use. I never knew! I didn't even take my Gluteguard, I felt so confident that I would not be glutened via cross contamination. It's been over eight hours now and not a sign of illness. (I usually become ill in within six to eight). So thank you to the team at Bundoora Grill'd! You have made my day. Oh and all the team members yelled out their goodbyes as we were leaving. Icing on the cake!
