The gluten-free bun on my Simply Grill’d burger was the worst I’ve had at Grill’d. Normally the GF bun is soft and holds together, but this time (5th September 2025) it was toasted so hard and dry that it became crisp, broke apart, and completely ruined the burger. The problem is clear: the bun was over-toasted. Gluten-free buns cannot handle that treatment — they dry out and fall apart. The chefs working on 5th September 2025 need to read this feedback so they understand how serious the issue was and can improve next time. Also, I never asked for herbed mayo, and they included herbed mayo in my burger. These are simple mistakes that can be avoided, if taken the time to pay attention and read this feedback for improvement.

Gluten friendly not gluten free. You will get incredibly sick if you have celiacs and pay extra for it.
