I arrived at Grille 151 thinking I would get standard food & service. I didn’t expect much. I have a severe corn & gluten sensitivity. When I told the waiter, he helped me get food that would not harm me. Not only did the manager come out and greet me to assure me my allergies would be addressed and they would serve me safe food. The executive chef also came out to talk to me to assure me he would prepare everything without gluten & corn. He even made me GF chips and salad dressing. I was thrilled. Edmund M. our waiter took great care of us. Food was wonderful and it felt great to be able to eat in a restaurant and feel safe. Thank to staff of Grille 151 for a great dining experience.
