Grillsmith - Lakeland

**If your gluten/celiac or just need a nice place to eat** We recently moved to Lakeland and decided to check this place out randomly. We had a reservation and only waited a few minutes. Ambiance is nice. You can go casual or business casual and that was the mix in terms of dress attire. Our waitress Lindsay C was absolutely amazing. Attentive, gave solid recommendations since we had never been there before and just was so pleasant to chat with. Three people at the table got the chimichurri steak - everyone loved it. Even my wife had two pieces come out on the plate cooked medium rare to perfection. I got the Hawaiian ribeye and this piece of meat was one of the most tender and flavorful pieces I have ever ate so much so that I could cut the meat with a fork if I really wanted to..it was that tender. This is saying a lot because I have been to every high end steakhouse imaginable for business. We had one person with celiac who needs to be gluten free and everything was met with great detail and attention to ensure his meal was taken care of. If you are looking for an exceptional place to eat with great ambiance and amazing servers this is it!!! Lindsay C you were incredible and we will definitely be back!!

We both had a great meal served to us by Lindsay C. Very attentive and pleasant. Eric requires gluten free and she seemed knowledgeable and made sure kitchen was aware. Both had skirt steak which was great.

Casual spot in a shopping/eating village setting. Great Argentinian strip steak with chimmichurri! Gluten free options on the menu. Small meals to full dinners offered. Reasonably priced but be aware...good Angus steak is a bit more than a hamburger! The dinner was about $37.00- steak potato and vegetable( happened to be delicious herbed string beans). The gluton free meal was a salmon dinner with veggies and roasted potatoes. Chicken Milanese...also very good.
