Grimaldi's Pizzeria

Ordered three pizzas, two 12 inch ( one traditional cheese and one gluten free pepperoni) and one 18 inch Don pizza for pick up. I showed up at the time indicated and had to wait 15 minutes for the pizzas. The gluten free pizza was fantastic. The cheese pizza had little to no cheese and was all crust on the edges about 2 inches in, the 18 inch Don had little to no cheese and was just crust about two inches in almost all the way around the pizza and in some places close to 4-5 inches in with NO toppings or cheese. Very disappointed and regretted tipping generously when I prepaid online because the tip was certainl mot earned. Doubt I'll be going back.

You don’t come here for the five star white glove service. It’s a pizza joint, so what kind of service are people are expecting in these reviews. It’s all about the food, service is always going to be meh 🫤 due to the fact that it’s a bunch of teenagers and college students that are getting paid minimum wage to serve you. Now onto the food. One I can appreciate this place the most because they have gluten-free friendly options. I had a cauliflower pizza with pesto, ricotta and meatballs, and it was one of the best pizzas that I’ve had in a very long time. We also got a Quattro fromaggio and it was cooked to perfection with such amazing cheeses. I’m only coming back here for the pizza and not the salad as if I wanted to salad then I would go down the road to sweet greens. Definitely keep doing what you guys are doing in the kitchen pizza is off the chain!
