Grinders Above & Beyond of Hartville

I eat at Grinders mostly for lunch, and it’s always great. I stick with the subs and wraps, but everything is good. We had dinner here last week, and our server Addison was so conscientious, going above and beyond to make sure my wife’s food was indeed gluten free.

A huge shout out to the management team for accommodating my gluten-free and vegetarian guests with my carry out order last night. Only complaint was that my guest picked up the order on their way to our home and it wasn't ready at the pick-up time, making them late. BUT - I know that things just happen! Thank you to the manager who I spoke with on the phone to take the order (Meredith? Mackenzie? - sorry I forgot your first name but remember it started with an M!). You were so kind, humble, pleasant and chipper! Also, the potato skins were a HUGE hit with our company - so thank you so much!
