Melvin was amazing from our first communication with him to the execution of our wedding cake & donuts. I have Celiac Disease, so I had to have a guaranteed 100% gluten free cake & donuts on my wedding day. No problem for Melvin! He went over the precautions he takes while making gluten free items to avoid cross contamination and answered all of the questions I had. We scheduled a tasting, met Melvin in his home and had a wonderful meeting to go over exactly what we wanted, and taste his delicious cake & gluten free donuts. He even recommended someone he works with to make our cake topper, which was delivered directly to him. Our cake was delicious, the gluten free donuts were almost too good to be true, and we’re excited to eat to top layer of our wedding cake on our 1st anniversary so we can taste it again! I absolutely recommend Grins & Giggles, thank you Melvin!

I ordered two dozen gluten free cinnamon raisin muffins and they were delicious. They were moist and “ tall” which was what I needed to serve our special visitors! I grade the cook A+
