I called Grodz one morning to order gluten free rolls. They told me my order would be ready the following morning. After making the order, I realised I couldn't pick up the following morning, so I called them back to check out options. I was going to have to ask a favour from someone to do pick-up instead of me. 30 mins later, Grodz called to say they'd arranged to get the rolls into the shop at 5pm the same day. This was so caring. I also ordered their catering option for a family celebration. Online they require 3 days prior notice, but they also went out their way to provide the service with 2 days notice. They are kindly flexible and try their best to please. Fresh rolls, breads, pitot and cakes (as much as my diet permits) are good.
