If you’re gluten-free, you have to check out Grounded All Day — their options are actually delicious! I had the Katniss without wontons on a gluten-free bagel, and it was absolutely fantastic. The shredded chicken with fig spread was the perfect combo — flavorful, satisfying, and honestly one of the best gluten-free bagels I’ve ever had. My husband had a blueberry bagel with plain cream cheese and loved his too, and my latte was perfectly made and hit the spot. The space itself is super cute, thoughtfully designed, and they’ve got a beautiful outdoor seating area that’s ideal for relaxing. The staff were wonderful, and the owner made our experience extra special — taking time to chat, explain the menu, offer samples, and even share great local recommendations for the rest of our Bourbon Trail adventure. Five stars all the way — from the food to the people to the atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back!

I have celiac disease and have to eat gluten free. I saw on their website they have gf options. I asked the lady at the register and she confirmed. She even went over every ingredient in the bagel with me to confirm it was gluten free. When my bagel was ready, I asked a different staff member and they also confirmed it was gluten free. About half way through my bagel, I realized it had wontons (basically crackers) in the filling. I was unable to finish my meal and had to rush home to be sick. I got a refund for the bagel but not the coffee or other food purchased that I couldn’t eat because I was sick. I believe what happened was a new staff member just made a mistake. These things happen and I don’t think this is a bad restaurant. I do want people to be aware. I was sick for over a week afterwards and this mistake will unfortunately cause permanent damage to several of my organs. I will say, what I ate of the bagel was pretty darn tasty.
