Craving breakfast please go here cause this will be always the place to go to for breakfast all the time. Grumpy is a great name cause you will walk in grumpy from being hangry and definitely walk out not grumpy lol Grumpy’s have a wonderful selection of breakfast and lunch choices. I went for the main classic 3XL egg omelette but create my own with American cheese, mushroom, peppers, tomato, ham and sausage with hash brown (best hash brown I’ve ever had) and four slices of white toast. The ambience was giving a classic farm decor and a busy diner and our server was very hospitable. I will come back whenever I’m back in Jacksonville. **they offer gluten free bread

Food was really good and service was very friendly. However we have a Glutenfree member and when delivering our food to the table the regular toast was mixed up and placed of the glutenfree order. To further disappointed the glutenfree toast was never delivered until the meal was done. Staff were apologetic but there was no offer to make up a very SERIOUS mistake with the food. We will not be back.
