Very disappointed 😢 nothing was good! 2 hours of waiting to get our aperitif board and finally telling us that they no longer had certain dishes ordered 2 hours before! On the other hand, well done because they offer gluten-free and lactose-free dishes. Congratulations in particular to the sommeliers who were on top and smiling! 👌🏻☺️ Too bad to see the kitchen and the organization again! Gruyère is very touristy and I find it a shame to serve them traditional dishes like that! Damn 😰 What happens to our beautiful and good dishes 🤔 typically Swiss?? 🇨🇭 Value for money to be reviewed!

Nice place in the Gruyere village. It is the only one in the area where there were marked gluten-free options. It's expensive, very expensive, a liter of water costs 11'50CHF, it's outrageous!!! The Gruyere fondue and the cara con queso were good. All this came out for 69CHF. Advisable? Seeing what's around, yeah...
