I've never been to Guacamoles before until a couple of weeks ago. First impression, I didn't feel super comfortable. I think it was because the host placed us at the worst possible table in the building.
The food was great! They didn't have a ton of combos that were gluten-free so I had to do some substitutions. Once I did, it was fine. I asked for gravy on my enchilada, and it came out with queso on top. Another asked for cheese over her rice and didn't get it. So, there were some miscommunications. This review isn't a bad one. The restaurant was clean, and the food was good. I guess it just wasn't what I'm used to.
Example, the chips weren't salty. Which could be a good or bad thing depending on what you like. If you want creamy green sauce like me, this isn't the place. I couldn't handle its spice, but my Husband loved it! The red sauce was great. You really taste the cilantro in it. The queso is white, not yellow.
I reccomend the tostaguac with shredded chicken. It was amazing!
