Every time I come through town this is the first stop! Alejandro is an excellent server with knowledge regarding Celiacs! He made sure I knew there are so many more options for gluten free with just a few adjustments (some sauce may have flour) The table side salsa and guacamole is absolutely fantastic and refreshing! I had the steak fajitas with corn tortillas it was beyond expectation! Honestly everything I've had from here is absolutely delicious! I don't know if you can ask for specific servers but Alejandro is where it's at!

I have Celiac and must follow strict gluten-free diet. I came here looking forward to having the table side salsa and gluten-free chips again (I’ve eaten here many times in the past couple of years). I asked the bartender if the chips were still made in a dedicated fryer. He asked someone in the kitchen and found out they were no longer made in a dedicated fryer so they were no longer gluten-free. They now use the fryer for the chile rellenos also. I’m extremely disappointed that I can no longer enjoy the table side salsa or guacamole here. We sat at the bar and the bartender KJ was outstanding. So friendly and helpful. He told my husband and I he would speak to the manager when he saw her to see if it would be possible to have a dedicated chip fryer again like they used to. He was very sad for me that I had to watch my husband enjoy the chips and salsa and I couldn’t have any.
