Guadalupe Brewing Company & Pizza Kitchen

I'm not a beer guy, but I attended a family event held here and the place is great. The atmosphere is very laid back, friendly and welcoming. I was an out of town guest and felt right at home, who could ask more from an establishment like Guadalupe Brewing? The owner is active in the operations; greeting patrons, introducing himself, addresses any questions and offers very helpful suggestions. Atmosphere....5 stars Staff...very friendly, knowledgeable of their products and eager to make suggestions based off popular and seasonal brews. 5 stars for them as well. The Food... I personally over the course of an evening meeting and a daytime evening personally have tasted their Caprese salad...It's great. Pizza...Its great too AND they offer a gluten free crust pizza that I tried as well and safe to say it adds to the great taste of the fresh ingredients it's topped with (not always the case with GF products,lol). I got a wagyu burger to go at the suggestion of a family member and absolutely understand why that burger was one of his go-to dining decisions. So...if you're a weary traveler looking for a unique eatery with a hand crafted brew selection or if you're a local Texan looking for a laid back escape from anything....you need to check this place out.
