A group of us wanted to support new/re opened restaurants. We seen this local place had moved into the hi wire (Biltmore) and this would be a great place to grab food and drinks before the Tourists game. I’m gluten free and had plenty to choose from except the pastries as they had ran out for the day. Everyone loved their food from the shredded beef special to the classic Cuban sandwich. We have always heard wonderful things about Guajiro but thought our dietary restrictions prevented us being from being able to try them. Thankfully I glanced at the menu on Uber Eats tonight and realized we could partake in the entrees without gluten! Even via delivery, the presentation was great and the food is honestly amazing. I imagine we’ll eat there weekly after this, it’s truly that good. So thankful they rebounded quickly after the storm and we didn’t miss our chance to support them!
