With an amazing Gluten-free lasagna, the Pinsa is very very good and the space is gorgeous. Staff is very nice and the lunch made this one of my favorite restaurant in Roma. Love it!

We came just a few doors down on the recommendation of the gentleman from the bike rental shop. After the several-hour bike ride to the Via Appia Antica on January 1, 2025, we were very hungry, so the short route was very convenient for us. Unfortunately I didn't take any photos of the food, which tasted delicious. I ordered the polenta with veal and broccoli. My husband had the same dish with a salad. The gluten-free focchacia was also very, very tasty. The evening before (New Year's Eve) the hut at Circus Maximus and Guenda must have burned. The waitresses were all very nice and professional. Everything went very quickly. We left the Guenda happy. I would visit the restaurant again at any time and recommend it to others.
