Guilin Chinese Restaurant

We stopped in today and I got down and talked to Dawn. I had a lot of questions because my daughter and I have celiacs disease. Dawn was so knowledgeable and answered all my questions. She mentioned they didn't have gluten free soy sauce but if I brought my own they could definitely use it. We drove off and came back with 3 different sauces. Dawn was so sweet and very helpful. She spoke with the chefs and explained all of our allergies and handed them the sauces. We ordered so much and very little was left. The food came out so quickly and it was so yummy!! Oh my goodness we were so happy to be eating delicious Chinese food. The service was fast and all of our questions answered. The restaurant was very clean and so were the restrooms. I'm so happy we gave Guilin a try because today was our first time there and we will be future customers as well. It's been a few hours from eating there and I'm feeling super good. I had zero cross contamination. They really were careful with our allergies. Thank you so much Dawn for being incredible and so helpful!!

We were looking for a restaurant with gluten free options and came across Guilin while visiting Tucson. The food was delicious and the service was fast. The restaurant seemed very clean ☺️ they didn’t have a gluten free menu but we were able to make most of our meals gluten free. We will be back 🌟⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
