We had a impeccable experience here so much so we went 3 times all together. On arrival we were served our drinks at the bar and then promptly shown to a table in the garden (we have dogs). Our server Jasmin was very attentive and brought the menus over and then brought out some water and treats for the dogs. She took our order and ensured my food would be gluten free.i must say that jasmine's service was fab and is a credit to the guiness arms. We went back twice more and received a very similar service. The food was bang on and very reasonable considering the quality. A must visit if you are this way and looking for food.

Met friends for lunch today, Sunday. Friendly welcome and waiting staff very accommodating. Had pre booked and made aware at booking that 1 of the party was Gluten free. Main course had some GF options - I decided on the roast turkey. Sadly dessert options were non existent. It was either ice cream, sorbets or cheese but no GF crackers. Could only offer GF bread. Very disappointed as we have eaten here in the past and was very good. On speaking with duty manager after meal I asked if nothing more could be made available for GF guests. Apparently I'm "the first Coeliac to ever complain on this matter. Also some staff are Coeliac and no complaints there either". Was informed menus are changed on Fridays and was not given the impression that there was any deviation from menu. I had planned to dine again with other friends next Tuesday but cancelled that. This restaurant had a great reputation for both quality and standard in the past. So I would have expected them to be able to offer GF options for dessert other than ice cream etc. The main course was dissapoingtly average. So a return visit - probably not.
