What amazing Mexican food! Everything my wife and I tried was really well done, including the things that aren’t our preference, such as the mole with chocolate. You could tell that the quality was high across the board. The plating was done very well and made you excited to dig in. We mostly got items with chicken, which can be risky in enchiladas because it tends to become tough. That wasn’t the case here. The chicken was extremely tender. I have celiac so appreciated that all of the sauces were gluten free so I wasn’t very limited on the menu. We’ll be back!
