My family chose Gurkha 1816 for our food. Their food is absolutely amazing. We chose Gurkhali Lamb, Kathmandu Lamb, and Lamb on the bone. Everyone decided to choose lamb as these guys make it so tender and very tasty. It is Nepalese and Indian and staff are very friendly. It was a busy Friday night so we did have to wait a while to be served our main course but busy means it's a very popular restaurant. I am also a coeliac and need gluten free food which they happily adapted the dishes. Food was not oily like some places and large portions, we even had leftovers that we brought home. The chef definitely knows his food and it was presented very well. We definitely recommend this restaurant
