Guru’s, situated in downtown Provo, provided a casual dining experience. A variety of gluten free options as well as vegetarian are available. You can choose from soups, salads, quesadillas, pizzas, sandwiches and wraps. It is difficult to label the cuisine except that it comes packed with flavor.
We ordered a couple of quesadillas, the Cilantro Lime and the Curry. We started with some chips and queso along with sweet potato fries. We had to try the Napa Waldorf salad as well. Check out the pics. Everything was full of flavor and tasty except the queso, which tasted like watered down cheese. It was a lot of food and they have some sturdy take out containers to take any leftovers home. The apples in the salad tasted somewhat mushy instead of crisp. It was a tasty lunch with so many other possibilities to try.
