I had the 3 piece white meat plate. The chicken was cooked to order. It was spicy, juicy and delicious. My wife, who is gluten sensitive, had an ala carte breast and potato salad. She loved both. They have a separate gluten free fryer. We've added this place to our eating out rotation

Wow! I’ve rarely had a better experience! We ordered Togo online knowing that Gus’s is the only fried chicken in town that does gluten free. When we got it on bread we asked for an exchange. The man running the expo was extremely accommodating and got us another order. We hadn’t stated it before because online it doesn’t allow comments so he made sure to take care of us. The receipt said his name was Chowly but I didn’t ask to confirm. Call ahead if you want to make sure it’s gluten free. They take care of you! And it’s Delicious!
