Gustav Chophouse and Bar

I was in the area for work and stopped here with my girlfriend for dinner on a recommendation from a local. The only thing that had more soul than the music and ambiance was the incredible meal. Honestly one of the best dinners I’ve had in years. There were gluten-free options for every course — the baked brie, steak, cheddar cauliflower, and desserts were all to die for. Cocktails were excellent as well. 10/10 and will be a must-stop destination anytime I'm in the area.

First time dining at Gustav’s and I must say that the service is top notch. Lauren, our server, was incredibly kind and personable. She continuously checked in on us and made sure we were doing well. They have a lot of options for breakfast and I would definitely recommend the shortcake stack if you’re interested in sweeter options, and the chicken waffles if you’re looking for something savoury. Also, offered a lot of vegetarian and gluten free options. Overall, it was a great first time experience, and the restaurant had a lovely ambiance and atmosphere as well. 10/10!!

I had an amazing birthday dinner at Gustav’s this Friday night. Chad made it so special for us, I felt like a VIP guest and we were extremely impressed with the food. We had delicious apple martinis to start, I had GF crispy calamari and a steak with a lobster tail with DELICIOUS mashed potatoes and garlic butter. Really good options for gluten free/ celiac options and I did not have any reaction due to cross contamination. My boyfriend had French onion soup and a steak with peppercorn sauce and an outstanding cauliflower mornet which resembled a baked Mac and cheese, he was raving about it all night. I was served a beautifully presented birthday dessert, Chad made us feel welcomed and appreciated and we had an elevated and classy experience. Top tier steak house, would highly recommend
