The best gluten-free pizza I've ever eaten!! We can say this with absolute certainty, considering the many pizzerias that offer gluten-free pizzas and that we have tried over time. I would add that pizzas with gluten are also very good, but the one that my wife ate (who is in fact celiac) and that I also tasted has a light and crunchy dough, which is difficult to find and is really very good. The gluten-free panelle are also worth trying. Congratulations also to the owner Mr Massimo and the pizza chef, we had a pleasant chat in their company. Unfortunately we are from Turin otherwise we would have had a subscription to his restaurant, but we will definitely be back.
