From the greeting through to the end we were treated very well. Especially by Jack and Sami.
Definitely higher quality food and depth of flavors than normally expected at a "chain" outlet.
The tartare was definitely one of the best I've enjoyed anywhere, in any country.
The gluten-free options were plentiful.
There were 6 of us and all of us stated how the depth of flavor came through.
Portions were great size.
Open kitchen concept was a nice touch, you could see the attention to detail that the head chef valued.
