As a celiac, it is so difficult to find tasty fresh baked goods that are safe to eat. The array of desserts and breads that Gutsies offers is so incredible. It’s so comforting to know that the food is safe but also so delicious! My go to is the cake pops, but their eclairs are also phenomenal. Filled cupcakes, different flavours of cookies, cakes, croissants, and donuts. Everything I’ve tried from Gutsies has been so good, and there is so much that you can’t find gluten free anywhere else. I can’t recommend this place enough!
