People with celiac and gluten intolerance deserve a safe menu. Don't hand us a GF/celiac menu full of disclaimers about cross contamination and shared fryers. If in the preparation of a naturally GF item, like corn tortillas, you purposely add gluten by frying them in shared oil, they are not GF. (French fries are not on the GF menu for this reason.) Do better, or at least quit pretending to have safe options. We ended up going elsewhere, and I had the pleasure of hearing the manager discuss our conversation with others on the way out.
