I like that this restaurant is now fully gluten-free because I'm celiac and have IBS. However, I feel the quality of the food and service got worse over the years.
On my last visit, I had the 8 small dishes menu. Shared them with a friend. The cauliflower dish had weird crips that tasted like cardboard, the salad was watery and flavorless, the waiters forgot to bring the mushrooms, and the remaining dishes were only impressive in appearance but not in taste or texture.
An hour later my friend got diarrhea and I struggled a lot to diggest the food. Honestly, I wish they had some non vegan options because of IBS I sometimes struggle digesting vegan food and I think this was one of those cases.
Based on this experience, I recommend sticking to one big dish. And to the restaurant I suggest at least to guarantee the quality of the food because cardboard and watery are not good characteristics of food 😅
