Gyu Shige (牛繁) Japanese BBQ

I had an amazing dinner at Gyu Shige with a friend, and we were both wowed! The modern, dark decor creates a cool, relaxing vibe perfect for enjoying the evening. Our server, Mia, was outstanding—attentive, engaging, and thorough, especially when ensuring my gluten-free needs were met. The food was fresh, flavorful, and fun. The Filet mignon, zucchini, and district roll were favorites. Gyu Shige’s exceptional service and atmosphere make it a must-visit. Highly recommend!

We went here for my husband’s birthday after saying we’ve wanted to try it for yours. I’m mad we didn’t try it earlier. The meat was really really high quality and good. They were easily able to accommodate someone in our party who has Celiac and therefore needs gluten free. The waiter, Kevin, had top notch recommendations for what meat to order next. We’re definitely going to be back. Get the truffle salt.
