Just... WOW! The main dishes on the menu here were mostly unfamiliar (which checks out with other reviews that state this is typically home cooking). This was the very best Vietnamese food I've ever had and it makes me wish I lived in the area.
Server was extremely courteous and able to give me suggestions based on gluten free and my preferences.
The cha gio were to die for, well made, very hot, perfectly rolled, and well filled with meat and vegetables. The fish sauce dipping sauce wasn't watered down.
I choose hu tiu suon non as my meal and it was a flavor sensation... rice noodles, different cuts of pork, vegetables, and a wonderful melding of spices. My only challenge was that the spare ribs are bone in, so I had to do a quick Google to figure out the polite way to eat them with my chopsticks.
Tldr, if you're in the area, GO HERE.
