Hôtel Roissy, Lourdes

What a wonderful Surprise. There is nothing to say about this hotel except to congratulate them. I travel a lot around the world and am very picky about my accommodation qualities. From the reception, Pierre, Jérémy, and a charming lady whose name I unfortunately forgot, to the staff of the Arthur bar, the restaurant, housekeeping, what unforced kindness and benevolence. The breakfast is very complete, a wonderful buffet, with a special thought for people with gluten intolerances (many choices)... The quality of the beds, the cleanliness of the room and the toilets, in perfect working order. An address that I would recommend with my eyes closed and where I would return for unbeatable value for money. Gratitude addressed to all staff. And I forgot the hotel is 200m from the sanctuary.

Perfect location in Lourdes. Close to the shrine and buses . Breakfast very good (also gluten-free/fresh fruit), lunch very good with salad buffet. Small portions of meat for both lunch and dinner. A tasty and varied menu. Always fixed menu. No option for vegetarian food / meal adjustments. We did get fruit instead of dessert for our daughter The staff was super friendly. The meal always came quickly. Our room was very spacious. The view is not really nice from all rooms. Some face a blank wall. Air conditioning works fine, cleaned every day and nice towels. We were quite satisfied! Drink prices ok. Children's play area.
