HELL Pizza Royal Oak

I used Hell Pizza several times for business dinners, and everyone has truly appreciated it the gluten free and vegetarian alternatives provide it a comprehensive solution. Thank you, Hell.

I wish I could have recorded how rude the manager was so you all could all hear... when my pizza was delivered it did not have a gluten-free sticker on the box which is a problem as I am coeliac. I rang them and they confirmed that was what I ordered and handed the phone to the manager. He didn't ask what the problem was he just said send me a photo... I replied you cannot tell if is gluten-free or not by a photo as we had another pizza that wasn't glute-free and it looked the same, he then hung up on me. I rang back and he answered using my name and said that he could tell and that someone had forgotten to put the sticker on it. He did not understand how sick this would make me. He did not apologise or offer to rectify the mistake. All he did was send me a voucher for wedges which have gluten on them. If you have an allergies or food requirements avoid this Hell Pizza. I am sure they have either changed ownership or staff and you cannot guarantee you will get what you order. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!
