Had dinner there last night. Overall we found the ambience and food good. So why only one star. I am a gluten allergy sufferer, fortunately not a very severe form, so a few amounts would be enough. (Then you probably wouldn't be able to go out to eat anywhere), but enough that I should definitely avoid floury foods. However, I was assured several times, including by the cook, that there was no flour in my dishes. Now, however, I got a severe allergy shock on the way home (and fainted on the SBahn), so the food was “refined” with flour. I suspect the dessert. It is a no-go for every allergy sufferer that false statements are made here.
If you're not sure what ingredients were used in the food, it's better to say that you can't rule it out. Then you would have the opportunity to choose other things or a different restaurant.
Edit 07/28/19:
Because of the honest answer and the offer, there is a star. It remains important that precise statements should be made for allergy sufferers.
