Just discovered a game-changing spot that's both halal and gluten-free! As a Muslim with gluten intolerance, it's been a struggle to find places that get it right. But this franchise nailed it - amazing food, top-notch service, and a team that's genuinely passionate about inclusivity. The dedicated allergen cooking space is a total bonus. Yesterday afternoon I went to try holy cow. I have a gluten allergy so I ordered two gluten free classic burgers and due to cross contamination I had a horrible allergic reaction. Staff has to be careful when cooking they need to use clean prep materials. I’m not sure if there toasting the gluten free bun in the same machine as the regular bread or not but this was a horrible experience.
