Found this place online and it was awesome! Best burguers ive had in a long time and the gluten free bun was spectacular! Everything was really good and the service was spectacular

I am very disappointed, because this Saturday, November 3, I went to your Gerpinnes store to order a gluten-free menu. And yes, it’s great, finally a brand that offers gluten-free menus, I can’t believe it, it’s just wonderful. But I think they are offering this without really being aware of the very serious risks of celiac disease. So I show up in Gerpinnes, I order a hamburger and fries, all gluten-free, I'm told OK, they're going to the kitchen….and then we come back and they tell me that it won't be possible because they had to use the fryer gluten free for other customers because they were overwhelmed. Fortunately I insisted on knowing if the fryer had only cooked gluten-free foods…. I tell myself it doesn't matter, it happens, I take my phone and I call the Charleroi brand and I ask to know if it is possible to have a gluten-free menu and if there is a fryer which is dedicated to that and which has not been used for anything else… They answer me yes yes of course we have that. It's great, so I set off and when I got there I first ordered a fries, I was told that it's not possible to order just one fries, so I ordered an extra hamburger and I 'wait patiently. Alas… He comes back from the kitchen telling me that the fryer was used for something other than gluten blood… I couldn't believe it, I called to check, and I came miles to come….to Nothing. Results they offer gluten blood but are not aware of the risks. If we don't insist on knowing what was in the fryer, we won't be told. And despite my phone call to check, I found myself driving 60 km for nothing in one evening. Bad experience never again
