booking during the autumn holiday week; unfortunately the room was not ready yet (normally you can enter the room at 3 p.m.; in this case around 3:20 p.m.). Long check-in time; staff couldn't cope. Nice room, lots of sports facilities. Due to corona measures, we now ate in the hotel (bowling with grilling package). Grilling was all inclusive (including soup, sandwiches, salad, meat, fries and drinks). It was positive that gluten-free bread was included for my wife. Just had to ask a second time before it was delivered; staff proactivity could improve; it came across to us that they preferred not to come themselves because that would mean extra costs for them; at the bowling they immediately asked if we wanted something to drink). Now I regularly ask staff for fries and drinks. Breakfast was well distributed; spacious. Gluten-free bread for my wife was varied (and it had been thought about, even asking if a special egg needed to be baked; certainly positive). It was a pity that 1 sandwich was still frozen on the inside; scrambled egg and sausages were (also) not warm; Furthermore, there is a wide choice for breakfast. Ideal hotel to go to with children given everything that is possible in the hotel itself. Definitely recommended, but there are some points to note.
