Amazing flavor!! I had the pho beef rice noodle. Everything was fresh! I have celiac and the staff informed that almost everything can be made gluten free. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable about the food that the kitchen prepared.I will definitely frequent this restaurant. So yummy !!!!

We are visiting Tucson and have one vegan and one celiac. Not always easy to find takeout - especially in COVID times. We have found Ha Long Bay very responsive to our needs and have enjoyed nice vietnamese meals from them twice during our 3 week stay here.
