Abbotsford, we’ve honestly won the lottery with Habitual. The space is stunning. Every detail feels intentional. And its location right by Mill Lake? Perfection. It adds a layer of relaxation that makes grabbing a drink or treat feel like a mini retreat. Not only is everything on the menu entirely plant-based, it all tastes absolutely brilliant. As someone who’s incredibly limited when it comes to sweet treats, I can actually enjoy myself knowing everything is naturally sweetened, dairy free, and gluten free. I don’t have to second-guess what I’m ordering. Whether it’s their drinks or their treats (and trust me, I have multiple favourites), every single thing will blow. your. mind. Also their Wellness Club is actually a gift sent by the wellness gods. Trust me when I say doing pilates, yoga, or breath work outside in the park on a sunny day feels next level. It honestly doesn’t get any better. I will forever be recommending Habitual.
