Gluten-Free fail - their gluten-free option uses vermicelli noodles. Not very authentic or practical for broth because they're so slippery. Come on guys it's not too hard to get some gluten-free noodles😢

A pretty decent bowl of ramen. Broth is good but a tiny bit thin. Noodles are excellent. Pork is the downfall, the cold pork never really rewarms properly and the texture is somewhat unpleasant. Could be a perfect bowl with a better chashu. Gluten free options are great though!
